How to use Ultimate Body Wash:

Apply: Place desired amount to affected areas on the skin with your hands. 

Massage: Rub onto skin in a circular motion and allow to rest on skin for 1-5 minutes while washing the remainder of your body.

Rinse: Rinse off wash with warm water.

Repeat: Use once per day or as needed.
