Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to providing a positive and trustworthy shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you in accordance with the policy outlined below.


14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. Returns may be requested for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Returns of opened or used products cannot be accepted due to hygiene and safety standards

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Eligible Items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or giveaway items

  • Items marked as Final Sale


Return Process

Initiating a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer care team at gigi@sheamergency.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for the return. You will receive return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing gigi@sheamergency.com and including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs when applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Butter Blend products, as they are temperature-sensitive and have a melting point between 89–113°F
