Returns & Exchanges
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-day return policy on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below:
- Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided to process your return.
- Final Sale Items: Gift cards, promotional items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
Return Process

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at gigi@sheamergency.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. - Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. - Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will process your exchange once we receive the returned item. If the product is unavailable, we will issue a refund or allow you to select another product of equal value.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at gigi@sheamergency.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective product We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items purchased during sales or promotions
- Custom or personalized orders
- Butter-Blend Products that have a melting point of 89-113 degrees Fahrenheit
