Wholesale Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available to approved B2B customers, including but not limited to:

  • Retail storefronts
  • Online retailers
  • Spas, salons, and wellness centers
  • Healthcare, hospitality, and corporate gifting programs

 To qualify, customers must provide:

  • A valid business license, EIN, or reseller permit
  • A completed wholesale application
  • Approval from Shea-Mergency Shea Butter Blends LLC

 Wholesale accounts are subject to review and approval at our discretion.

Wholesale Pricing & Discount Tiers

Wholesale discounts are applied based on the total order value before shipping and taxes. A minimum order of $250 is required to qualify for wholesale pricing. Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with promotions, coupon codes, or retail sales unless otherwise stated in writing.

Tiered Wholesale Discounts:

  • $250 – $600: 25% discount
  • $601 – $1000: 30% discount
  • $1001 – $1,800: 35% discount

$1,800 and above: 40% discount

Ordering Process

  1. Wholesale customers submit a product request or purchase order.
  2. Shea-Mergency will prepare and send a draft order/invoice outlining products, quantities, wholesale pricing, estimated shipping, and total cost.
  3. Orders are processed only after invoice approval and payment is received in full.
  4. Once payment is submitted, orders move into production and fulfillment.

 Order modifications must be requested before payment is made. Changes are not guaranteed once production begins.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full prior to order fulfillment, unless prior written net terms have been approved. Net Termed pricing is not currently available. 
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, ACH transfer, or other approved methods.
  • Shea-Mergency does not currently offer automatic net terms unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
  • Unpaid invoices may result in order delays or account suspension.
